When someone asks me to bring their dog to their couple photo session, I will 100% of the time say "umm yes please!" Saige & Ryan wanted to capture some of their favorite memories and moments from their neighborhood and living in Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. We started at their favorite local cafe, then walked around the park and row houses in the beautiful autumn colors before they hopped on their vespa with their adorable dog! We then finished the session by walking to the U.S. Capitol and Library of Congress for some classic D.C. portraits. It all felt like a rom-com, combining documentary and cinematic photography and sweet genuine moments.
