After having taken their engagement photos earlier, Akuma and Jaqui asked me to take some formal portraits of them in their traditional Nigerian wedding attire to have at their upcoming wedding. I was absolutely blown away by the stunning and intricate outfits Akuma's mother brought over from Nigeria. We rented a studio in DC and finished at the National Portrait Gallery for some more natural light/lifestyle portraits. I will never get over the beauty and grace of these two!
